We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and cash. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time of service.

MY SERVICE
Yes—we bring everything needed to clean your home from top to bottom, including our own commercial-grade tools, vacuums, and sanitized equipment. You don’t need to provide a single thing—not even a trash can or toilet brush.

To reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, please contact us by email at glimmrllc@gmail.com or call us at (480) 323-0915 during business hours (7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).
One-Time Cleanings:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to reserve your time slot. This deposit will be applied toward your service fee. A valid credit card is required—no exceptions.
Rescheduling, Cancellation, or Skipping Policy:
Because our cleaners plan their schedules and rely on your appointment for their pay, we have a strict cancellation policy to protect their time and income.
Repeated Changes:
If you reschedule, cancel, or skip more than two times within a year, we may need to reassign your regular time slot to another client on our standby list. Our cleaners depend on consistent, year-round work, so we appreciate your understanding.
Delays and Access Issues:
If you require a specific appointment time and cause our cleaners to wait to access your home or business, an additional fee may be charged to cover their lost time.
Holiday Scheduling:
For cleanings scheduled during holiday weeks, we require at least two weeks’ notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Cancellations or changes made less than two weeks before your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Monday Cleanings:
For appointments on Monday, cancellations or reschedules must be made by the preceding Friday to avoid fees.
Note:
50% of all cancellation fees go directly to the cleaning professional(s) assigned to your service as compensation for their scheduled work.
